Bradley E. Heard is the founder and managing attorney of The Heard Law Offices, LLC. He advises both individual and business clients in virtually all matters arising out of the employment relationship (including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage disputes, executive compensation agreements, and severance and separation agreements), as well as in connection with most business litigation issues. Mr. Heard is also well versed in the areas of juvenile, education and school law (including student and teacher discipline or harassment, special education issues, truancy, and delinquency issues). A magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of
Morehouse College in Atlanta, Mr. Heard
received his Juris Doctor degree from the
Yale Law School in New Haven, Connecticut. After graduating from law school,
Mr. Heard served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge James R. Spencer in
Richmond, Virginia. He is currently licensed to practice law in Georgia and the
District of Columbia. Prior to forming his own practice, Mr. Heard was associated with the Atlanta offices of Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, LLP, and Hunton & Williams LLP. He also was one of the original founding members of Molden Holley Fergusson Thompson & Heard, LLC. |
